Ossipee Lake

Ossipee Lake offers rainbow and salmon as well as largemouth and smallmouth bass fishing. It is located in the town of Ossipee. Ossipee Lake is 3,092 acres in size with easy access off NH 16 and 25. The lake is a mile down the Pine River from the boat ramp. The Deer Cove boat launch is located off Deer Cove Road. Ossipee Lake sees landlocked salmon and rainbows planted every year. The lake has a 61-foot maximum depth that provides cool waters through summer. Larger-sized rainbows are often caught, especially in the early season.
